We can deliver our products all over the world. International customers can contact us by filling the contact form and send mail for their queries and requests. We will inform you about the availability, charges, discounts, shipping fees, etc.,  before your payment.  Especially, for ordering large quantity of items, it is important to contact us via mail first, for the details. International payments can be done by Paypal,bank transfer (SWIFT) or credit card. International customers can also purchase any product(s) directly from our website. And in case of direct credit card payments (apart from credit card payments via Paypal), we will contact our customers for the procedures, as we receive the pre-order. Contact form can be used for pre-order or for any queries and requests. Your orders can be shipped after the arrival of the payment.  Shipping costs are generally mentioned during check-out. Please note that; if required, additional shipping fee may be asked for the bulky items or very long distant shipments, prior to purchase, upon your confirmance or mentioned on the products’ page or during check-out. Any fees from your domestic taxes, custom duties, credit card or bank transfer operation is not under Karbon Tasarım’s responsibility.

For your security and speeding up the process, we highly recommend ordering with the same billing and shipping address. While ordering with different billing and shipping information, we may contact you or perform security checks for your own security, which may mean longer processing periods.

Security and protecting customers’ personal information is important for us. We would like to make you feel confident while shopping with us. Your customer identity, personal/company information and privacy is always protected. Credit card information is deleted and never kept in our systems after you complete your shopping. In order to maintain this security on internet transactions, we use SSL certificate.

Our official language is English, Deutsch or Turkish for national and international contacts.

Warranty of the item(s) / product(s) are mentioned on the related warranty page. Any problems caused by the producer can be refunded or exchanged by following and complying the return policy.

Karbon Tasarım is not taking any responsibility of the damages, injuries, health issues and etc. caused by the usage of the products sold . And not responsible for any legal responsibility, warranty or guarantee of the sales for the product(s) / item(s) to third party/parties. Is is also under the responsibility of the customer, if the product(s) are legally prohibited or legally can not be distrubuted to the recipient address, region or country.


We would like you, to receive your orders as fast as possible. Orders which are in our stocks will be shipped within 3 business days from our factory. If there are any significant delays or the product is not in stock and needed to be manufactured, we will inform you via your contact information. Also, for ordering large number of items, it is neccessary to contact us via contact-form first for the details such as availability,shipment, special discounts and others.

Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which can not be delivered by the carrier, will have the customer be responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If there are charges for sending the item back to Karbon Tasarım, the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping time is based on actual transit time once an order has shipped, but does not include order processing time. Depending on the shipping address of the customer, we are working with the global carriers and we normally ship with the ordinary ways of transit and commonly express air delivery. Shipping charges are mainly under Karbon Tasarım’s responsibility and these are mentioned on the product’s or check-out page. Products that have shelf-life will be shipped via air delivery and customers will be informed in advance. 

We may also mention free or fixed shipping fees to the products, on the product’s or check-out page for special global regions, where customers can prefer for advantage. In those cases, you will receive the order with shipping fee prepaid. Karbon Tasarım reserves the right to use an equivalent shipping method.In other cases than where the shipping costs are prepaid or mentioned as cost-less shipment on the product page, customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs directly to the transporter. In such cases, Karbon Tasarım ships the products via normal shipping means. If the customer requests other way of shipment, such as express or other, customer shall inform Karbon Tasarım prior to delivery, by e-mail and needs to take confirmation.

While we do everything we can, to ensure orders are properly packaged, occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this happens to you, contact Karbon Tasarım immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier and unfortunately can be a time consuming process. We ask that you are understanding, and work with us to resolve any issues. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are taken care of.

After your order is shipped via the carrier with your preference by selecting on the product page or by contacting us, we will provide you a tracking number where you can trace your shipment. The delivery of the shipment depends on the business days that your carrier works and you can check with them for detailed information.


When you are ordering from us directly, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Customers can return or exchange a product with a full compliance to the below return policy explained here. Return or exchange shall be done within 14 days from shipment arrival date. Firstly, a confirmation mail including a “Return Approval Code” shall be received from our sales team by contacting Karbon Tasarım, prior to back shipment. Returns without this code can not be refunded or exchanged. After the arrival of this code, product(s) that will be back shipped, shall be well packed as in original condition and including all the related equipment and document. Return approval code shall be written outside the package which can be seen by our team for processing. We recommend customers to ship the item(s) with the same or similar ordinary way of shipment as they have received, to guarantee the tracebility and the return to our company. Karbon Tasarım is not taking the responsibility for the lost or damaged returns. Return shipments and other fees shall be prepaid by the customer in order to receive refund.

When the return shipment arrives to Karbon Tasarım; our team will check the details and contact the customer with a confirmation mail. Refund will be done in max 3 business days of confirmation. Please note that, refunding to your credit card or bank account can take more days which is related with the banking policies and fees caused by the refunding operation will be under the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees can not be refunded and if the return fees are not prepaid, they will be charged from the customer’s refund. Non-refundable products are mentioned on the product’s page. Products with shelf-life can not be returned or refunded. Customised products can not be returned or refunded..
